"Has he kept his promises? No..."

Gillibrand's fiery language Friday prompted cheers and applause from those gathered for the Personal Democracy Forum, a New York City conference of political activists and tech enthusiasts.

Kirsten Gillibrand has had enough of President Trump - and she's starting to use some colorful language to describe him.

As laughter and applause broke out, Gillibrand, 50, said: 'Sorry. She said the same thing in a 2015 interview with New York Magazine.

Deploying her second F-bomb, Gillibrand explained that when female Republican senators weren't signing on to her legislation, she would ask them to help her figure out how to change their votes. Kirsten Gillibrand's message about helping the public took on a bold tone Friday morning when she told a crowd at a conference on technology and democracy, "If we are not helping people, we should go the f-- home".

She also used the word "bitching" later during her NYU appearance.

I would say watching the clip above that she is, indeed, running for president. For example, her assessment of whether Trump had honored promises made on the campaign trail was a pithy two-word response: "Fuck no".

Gillibrand was first elected to the Senate in 2010 to replace Hillary Clinton when the latter became secretary of state.
