Here is your first look at Bioware's new IP, Anthem

Anthem: Everything we know BioWare Announces New Game Being Called 'Anthem'

EA just teased its new SEED research program, so we could see the publisher expand on the platform's newfound focus.

Nintendo's recently-launched Twitch has been a victor, with fans snapping up the console and a "Legend of Zelda" game that has become a must-play title for fans.

Game director Jon Warner presented the footage, which featured a quest to save a gang of fellow freelancers.

Things really take off, however, when the exploration starts.

Andrew Wilson has said the game "is built around a live service", so think Destiny and Ubisoft's The Division in terms of player interaction. And the environment looks downright stunning.

In the game, players don customisable exo-suits called Javelins, which allow them to move quickly, fly via jetpack, and boost around underwater.

It's hard to really gauge what the game is doing differently from a pure gameplay perspective, but to be honest, I'm not sure I care when everything looks this attractive.

As mentioned before, Javelins can be customized to a player's preference. They include devastating firepower such as the mortar and homing missiles.

Obvious questions raised by this turn of events are is Anthem a Project Scorpio and Xbox One exclusive? So far, the game like it could be the next great multiplayer title since Destiny. The game follows two men trying to get out of prison, and more information can be seen in the reveal and gameplay trailer below.

But what are your thoughts?

After divisive releases in Dragon Age: Inquisition and the recent Mass Effect: Andromeda, the studio is fighting an uphill battle of relevance to remain as gaming's premier RPG developer.
