The country star picked up four awards on Wednesday night in Nashville, including video of the year, male video, collaborative video and social superstar of the year. Urban also bested them for the top trophy of Video of the Year with his win for "Blue Ain't Your Color".

For Male Video of the Year, Urban's competition was Shelton with "Came Here to Forget", Eric Church with "Record Year", Jason Aldean with Lights Come On, Luke Bryan with "Huntin', Fishin' and Lovin' Every Day", and Rhett with "Star of the Show".

The win gives Underwood the most wins in the show's history with 17 in total.

Both Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood achieved honorable statuses at this year's CMT Awards.

This year, the "CMT Music Awards" featured a second concert stage sponsored by Firestone that included performances from some of country's hottest new artists including Brett Young, Jon Pardi, Lauren Alaina, Midland and Chris Lane.

Nicole's CMT Awards appearance tops off a busy week for the star, who also attended the 2017 CFDA Awards in NY on Monday (05Jun17) in an Oscar de la Renta gown, and wore a floral Erdem outfit to the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London on Tuesday (06Jun17).
