The porn tycoon and publisher of "Hustler" magazine on Sunday offered a $10 million bounty for dirt on the president - so long as it leads to his "impeachment and removal from office".

In Sunday's ad, Flynt asks for any "smoking gun" that is fit to publish and drives President Trump from office.

He defended offering money for information, saying "just because you pay for it does not mean it's not any good".

'To succeed impeachment requires unimpeachable evidence, ' he continued.

At the end of the ad, there is a toll-free number and an email address, along with a reassurance that Flynt fully intends to pay the full sum of $10 million for good information. "Generally, if the ads are not illegal or advocating illegal actions, we try not to place limits on speech or content". Flynt also uses the ad to encourage Democrats to provide viable alternatives to the Trump agenda, though he mostly stays focused on how impeachment is preferable to "three more years of destabilizing dysfunction". ". I feel it is my patriotic duty, and the duty of all Americans, to dump Trump before it's too late". The ad includes a hotline number and an e-mail to send tips.

"Beyond any doubt I could utilize that $10 million to purchase extravagances or further my organizations", Flynt expresses, "however what great would that destroy me a world crushed by the most intense dolt ever?" In 1998, he threatened to release details on the extramarital affairs of elected House of Representatives speaker Bob Livingston (a Republican from Louisiana), that Flynt had obtained through an advertised reward. The Hustler magazine founder said he could not think of "something more patriotic" than getting the USA president out of office as the world is being "devastated by the most powerful moron in history". He endorsed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016, and took out similar ads offering monetary rewards worth millions of dollars for information on Mitt Romney's tax returns, and for evidence that members of Congress or government officials had illicit sexual encounters.

As the Post noted at the time, he disclosed his marital affairs after it became apparent Hustler was preparing an article about them.
